The Customer Service position offers flexible scheduling to meet customer needs. A standard contract typically involves 40 hours per week. Depending on the role’s location, there are options for both office-based and remote work.

Operating on a 24/7 model, our scheduled shifts commence every hour, round the clock, catering to both day and night requirements. These shifts start at different times, including 1 AM, 3 AM, 9 PM, 11 PM, etc., accommodating Customer Service Associates, whether they work on-site or remotely. Furthermore, we offer part-time roles to accommodate family commitments, social engagements, and/or ongoing education.

Furthermore, we offer paid time off, comprising 15 days of annual leave, 12 sick leave days, and 12 casual leave days. Additionally, there’s an extra five days of optional leave, providing flexibility for festival time off based on your preferences. Although you may need to work on public holidays if they coincide with your shift, your annual leave entitlement includes allowances for such holidays, enabling you to choose alternative days off.
